Long Term Review: New Balance 880 v Running Shoe

After 500km run in dry and wet concrete, here's the long term review for New Balance 880...:

1. Roomy toebox, roomy but doesn't let my toe slipping around
2. Ventilation was good, i can feel the wind breeze on my foot
3. Soft, cushioned and smooth sockliner
4. Good anti-abrasion outer sole, its almost like new even after 200k run in concrete
5. The stability feature its not some gimmic, its actually work
6. It felt heavy but i think its common in cushioned shoes
7. Anti slip feature work well, no slip even in wet smooth concrete

Did this shoe good? Yes, but i think i must consider using this shoe for long distance run. The weight factor its the issue here. My longest distance in one session was only 10K, but i felt the weight of the shoe distracted after 3K. When the weight of the shoe kicking, it make my feet sometimes dragged in concrete accidentally. Otherwise, this shoe work well to serve me in run session.

Psst..if you interested in two white box attached in laces, its called Zubits. Its the good tool to make lacing easier, faster and its never failed (open accidentally) in my run session. They have good durability too, i have used it in a years and the magnet still felt strong.

Run On!
